This is indeed a great looking shot for this contest, and it especially the very good stop action doing this photo more than anything. Bot only are the dog off the ground, but also the autumn leaves. The dog is also standing out from the background in the most excellent way.

Your photo is nice and sharp and it is indeed clear and well defined details to be seen in every part of Jake. I also think the exposure is very good and the colors so nice and natural.

The photo is nicely cropped and Jake has got a very fine placement off to the left. This is a really well taken photo Willie, and I wish you luck with the contest.
