my daughter grows these and their colour is stunning .
nice MMedits ( but in a way I feel that if you crop out the front lighter section that would bring the flowers forward it would just grab the viewer --sorry just me ) I like the swirl and colour tones in back ground ..Your focus .light. of subject to start was and still is good .Detail good .Colour tone of flowers good .Ohh your not going to like me maybe --but if you cropped that light front bit than added another frame behind what you would have left ,than colour the new part of frame the same as the light swirl stroke at back than bleed the petals or sweep the front petals forward a bit like they wre spilling over frame ??? just one of my crazy vision ) & on saying all that I enjoyed your work and the view .thanks have a great evening & please don't take my ideas the wrong way ..

Wow! I am a fan of black flowers they give that exotic flair to the garden. The colors are wonderful and the background colors as well compliment your flowers. Your focus is so sharp and clear. Your composition is good and good depth of field. Thanks for sharing!

Having photographed black flowers myself I know exposure can occasionally be a problem but yours here seem very well exposed. Your blue background has brought out blues in the throat of the flower. Very nice.

Your work is always excellent. I particularly like what you have done with the background. Those lines lead beautifully into the flower itself.
To my eye, the flower is a little dark and lacking in detail. However, I am aware that this is more likely to be the limitations of the site rather than your excellent photography.

Ive commented on your previous black petunia and commented on the lack of detail in the centre of the flower, however, this time it has been corrected,..a much sharper stamen in this image that gives the flower so much more depth to it and with the lovely swirling backdrop the presentation comes across brilliantly
