This is so pretty, from the expressive clouds, snow on the mountains, grass/trees and the old wood, what a complete story you've told. Your technique is nice and the composition is fantastic. Like the angle you used as well. Black and white shots are the best, the viewer can "feel" what you are showing us and I appreciate your vision. Thank you for sharing this. Sharon/Bea226

This is a dramatic shot for sure. How you captured the depth and clarity in this photo is amazing. You added more to the definition of sky and mountain with the black and white but I would love to see it in color also. Fabulous piece of artwork. Though the driftwood is in the scene, it steals nothing from the view in the background.

Thanks for the amazing review! It looks great in colour, as well. I will most likely post the horizontal view of it.

awesome capture. the black and white capture brings out so much details. the angle of the shot of the decayed wood , terrain, mountainous skyline and sky view is great. the capture of the light is great. the clarity is great. the image is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. good eye and great job overall

beautiful as you catch all the background in so well and did not lose the tree stump, I hope to learn the b/w feature as you caught it so nice.

B&W is fun to work with.

That's an interesting and attractive picture!
The monochromatic B & W coloration treatment ( which is something I always enjoy seeing in photographs! ) adds an enjoyable sense of pleasant mystery to the scene and the twisted pile of driftwood looks almost like the skeletal remains of an ornately tusked and horned prehistoric monster! : )
A very 'Good Show' here,my friend!I like this a lot!

This is beautiful! Bright sky and driftwood balance the composition. Every element is clear and clean and captured with nice focus.
