Looks like a movie star, with the spotlight on her head and her feathers look like a fancy dress.
I love the spots that resemble the disco ball.

Flamingo fun with use of Topaz Textures. Nice Job using the morning rays with bubble Bokeh.
From my experience I like to selectively Mask the eye area and add more light on the face.
The mask is in the filter and gives you great control.
Great shot, focus and pose of this pretty Caribbean Flamingo.
Nice work Shadow :)
