I DO like the simplicity of this....both in color and subject. Perfect entrant for this particular contest.
Very nice how the hills fade...successive lighter and lighter shades of blue. It does look more like a painting than a photo. I like your POV. Are these the colors as you actually saw them??

a wonderful landscape shot with excellent use of editing in the photoshop software to produce this stunning piece of creative photography. The misty hues fading from the sharper land forms in the foreground work beautifully to give the presentation a good perspective of distance ..its a great piece with a certain feeling of ambience behind it

Acchhh this is nice. The colour palette beautiful, the visual tension caught with the tops of mountains and the sky , the patterns formed by the mountains in varying shades of purple all so perfectly colour co-ordinated.
My this is one great entry....I love it....simplicity and calmness in nature.

Great photo almost looks like a abstract painting. You captured a very interesting view of the always changeable canyon. The soft muted colors are very pleasing and restful to the eye. Thanks for sharing.

This is interesting. A beautiful (almost) monochromatic picture. I like the color gradient. The nearer the darker it is.
