This is beautiful. I can tell I am in a children's world everyday...All I can think of is the movie 'Frozen'. That's a compliment as I think the scenes are beautiful in that movie.

Thanks for planning your daylight. I say it was a complete success. Your blues and whites speak nature and cold.

Your framing is very effective...with a bit of a cavern to show the depth of your scene. Good eye..as usual...in choosing that particular spot. These icicles feel like stalactites. Or I guess stalactites look like icicles. Your detail is amazing...thanks to your excellent lighting. Each icicle is so individual. I think the swirl at at the left top is beautiful and so intriguing to imagine how quickly that had to freeze. And there are no drips! What was the temp when you took this? Hope you had good gloves!! Thank you for this amazing effort!! Gorgeous!

Thanks for the enjoyable review. Your detailed analysis opens my eyes more than when I took the image. It was around 20 degrees when I took this image. No drips, like maybe today there was.

I also thought the icicles looked like stalactites also.

Being in a kids world does not sound too bad, considering all the adult problems in today's world. :)
