She certainly looks made up as the wicked Fairy Godmother from Sleeping Beauty.
You did a fabulous job on her ghostly complexion and that incredible crown showing just delicate brush strokes.
My only favorite thing that is Wicked is Elphaba.

This is bothersome to me. It is not one I would like to see framed on my wall in the living room. That said, I acknowledge that it does the job of creating an emotional impact on the viewer with that frightening judgemental expression. Proportions are excellent and the just slightly off center placement of that ghostly pale face and upper chest is riveting. Excellent use of purple in the dress and the faint figures above the head accentuates the ghostly feel of this painting. Reasons for my six star vote.
