These are some of my favorite flowers! You have captured the red outlines of the petals so well. The front flowers jump off the page with the incredible depth you achieved in the image.

So glad you mentioned the red outlines Grace.....I wasn't sure how well they would show. Always appreciate seeing you at the end of a review and thank you so much for the wonderful review of my new post.

What a lovely flower bed you created here, Deborah and it is certainly an expression of Spring with its cheerful colours. I like the angle you used for this. Very good lighting, focus and composition. Suzanne

Beautiful floral. The colors are vibrant and I like the focus on the two yellow tulips with additional blooms in the background. Very pretty and very springtime !!

The colors on these tulips are beautiful. It was a nice shot to focus on the two and have the other flowers in the background. Well done.

Oh glorious yellow tulips. Such nice presentation to have to two highlighted in the front with the muted ones behind. I'm glad there are a few red tulips for contrast. Excellent.

Oh the red ones w/ the bright yellow ones make a really stunning display Gail....especially as the yellow Tulips are edged in red....these two were positively made to be planted w/ each other I'd say! Do appreciate you checking out my new post and thank you for the lovely review of it.

What a nice shot of you're tulips!

I like the composition of this and the exposure is great. Just enough sharpening and not overdone that, which is always a problem

Good work!

I couldn't agree more Theo. It is always so unfortunate when a photo is over worked. I've seen some wonderful images shot to hell that way. Do appreciate you checking out my new post. Thanks so very much.

I used to know that spring was here when the red wing blackbirds came back. This year they have been here almost a month and we are still getting winter weather. A fine shot that restores my faith in the seasons. Great colors and eye catching composition.

lol....yes, mm....I can't imagine either living somewhere where four seasons wasn't the norm.....but I am more than anxious for the next one this year. The winter season has dragged on long enough! Do always appreciate you checking out my new posts and thank you for the fine review of this one.

Vibrant blooms in great contrast with the saturated verdant foliage. I believe that red is one color that's quite hard to capture.
Diminishing perspective & vanishing viewpoint create great depth.
Compact framing.
Well lit.
Sharply focused.
Thanks!

Yes....red CAN be a challenge....at least getting it correctly that is. Thank you Dick for checking out my new post. Do appreciate it.
