Chuck,
A beautiful picture of the Windmill with a tall Cyprus tree beside it & the sun shining off the left hand side so the shadow of the sails are seen on the tower. Beautiful composition framing & lighting, taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus. Would not look out of place in East Anglia or Holland.

What a great photo of this windmill. Great focus and detail on such a beautiful landmark. Great lighting as well even in the black and white setting. Windmills are as fascinating to me as lighthouses. Well done and best of luck in the contest
