The light indeed kisses her, but she does not look happy. Her face impression looks strained, as if she is trying to hide her true mood. The glasses and hair seem to hide the eyes. The summer close and the windblown hair as the light seem to emphasize this expression of hidden sadness. The drawing is flawless in my opinion. I appreciate the attention to detail and natural proportion. Best Luck fore the contest.

Wow..nice drawing! Is she a runner? Looks athletic and is in fine shape. Again such expert detail and wonderful shading. I think what makes this so good is the wind swept hair and her looking askance. Nicely centered and a wonderful creation!

A great, sharp and precisely drawn image of this subject with great attention to detail, with brilliant shading work and proportion on the subject. The 3 primary colours used for the hair and clothing stand out prominently against the shades of grey that create not only the features but also the expression, set against a blank background which adds to the complexity of the subject itself. A great drawing, good work :)
