A great shot taken down this avenue of well established trees of varying types, neatly aligning the road through with a beautiful mixture of colours of the blossoms and leaves, and arching over to naturally create the open space you've captured so well and with great clarity. The effects you've added give it a slightly illustrated edge whilst retaining the photogenic edge; a wonderful long DOF shot, great work :)

The last time I saw Cades Cove was 1978. We got there early and took several photos of the deer in the meadow. Drove and hiked Parson's Bench Road. Saw some of the last surviving ancient growth Oaks in the country.
You have captured the mystery and allure of the region very well.
Excellent clarity through out.
This shot has a mood all of its own that creates fine visual impact.
The color and contrast is realistic in appearance and does not appear to be overly saturated.
The composition is very well framed and provides the viewer with a nice lead from the road into the forest.

A virtual 6 to me! You framed this perfect. The close-up and the distance down that road made all the difference. Why? The dip in the road area is perfectly there. Like a clearing spot. The road lined with trees of colors is eye candy. Older forest to me are pretty. The green grass there is spot on. Light and shadows are spot on. Details are spot on. Nice spot you choose to bring to us. Love it.
