A lovely piece of artwork! Choice of color is great to show the two important figures on the intended chapter. The gesture of the showing up killer seems to tell that he does not intend to kill one of the sisters...but..."Don't talk about it anymore....if you keep talking...I will..." (Oopss...wrong interpretation)

A little frightening, but so is the subject matter. I think it is well represented in the piece. I like the creeping over the shoulder image and how it blends into the background.
The line work and shading is awesome.
The one thing I might change is she does not appear scared enough to me and I am not too sure why. I think maybe her eyebrows need to be furrowed a little more and the set of the jaw needs to be a little lower. She looks half way between a scream and a laugh? Does that make sense?
Though..from personal experience being scared out of my boots, it is halfway between a scream and hysterical laugh, so...
Great piece though. I hope you get the commission!!

yes it does make sense and im glad you caught it because i was putting a surprised and shock look..not screaming for bloody murder..her back is to the killer..she only senses him..make sense? wink. thanks for the good review.

Only the shadow knows! Your characters, flowers or people always look so life like and show just how talented you are. Her expression is priceless and by placing her in the forefront, larger in size than the killer, you have given it depth and dimension, which once again bespeaks of your talent. As always good imagination and drawing skills.

Whoa! getting pretty dark there dude, but I like it! a classic style horror scene, with the creepy stranger lurking in the shadows, knife in hand - and the poor victim up close aware of her fate but perhaps now powerless to stop it!! sinister, well drawn, great colours and shading, and a great 80's horror feel to it. Good work! :)

My only comment is that the fear expressed on the face is limp, she doesn't look frightened, just looks like she's in a dentist's chair LOL.
