For this leaf to be packed with so much color alone is an amazing view, but to cature it from this view and have us see it like the small creature of the world sees it is inventive and shows imensive creativity. My only critique is to not over saturate, the beauty from nature is the way it is meant to be created for us as its own art.

Indeed an exquisite semi abstract composition!
Literally a cool shot!

Selective focusing with the bigger foreground droplets being the sharpest!

The canna variegated venation
adds to the interesting overall impact.

I'd consider enhancing the saturation a bit to tone down that bright illumination on top frame...and give more definition of the droplets and their cute reflections...

Just a friendly suggestion though...

(When I worked at Kodak Philippines Jolo branch, I usually add +1 or +2 density when I see an image like this.)

Dynamic diagonal compact framing.

Beautiful capture of this Canna leaves drenched in rain drops. I like the lines created with your abstract photography with beautiful capture of the raindrops and how you have captured the many colors in this leaf after the rain. The definition of the ribbing, as well as the clarity of the leaf thru the large water drops, is stunning! The colors show a wonderful contrast of red, black, yellow and green. The photo fits the contest theme perfectly! Best of luck to you with this talented work!
