A beautiful picture of these two common British butterflies on the left the Red Admiral & on the right a Small Tortoiseshell. Just a pity you were unable to name them.

Colors are pretty and focus looks good. You have filled the frames well keeping both butterflies at the same size. The angle the butterflies are resting is complimentary as well. There are a lot of background distractions. Overall very enjoyable shots. Best of luck in the contest.

Nice looking butterflies for the contest.
Good capture with the wings spread on both to see the fabulous color.
I like that they are both sort of angling towards the same vanishing point. Nice touch, that.

nice capture. the angle of the shot of both captures of this colorful butterfly is great. the clarity is great. the capture of the light is great. the image is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. great eye and great job overall.

You definitely kept to the contest guidelines in this posting. You captured nice details in both wings. The way that you placed the images facing each other ensures the viewer's eye traverses between the two images.
