..and what a catch you got here. This is totally captivating and funny as the same time. I got a good laugh thinking that this seagull was actually checking out the swimsuit model on the beach. Great shot. Best of luck.

Rules of Triangles!

Perfect timing!
Well timed still motion shot!

Impressive capture!
An interesting initial impact.

Amusing scene with this plus sizes bather in black swimsuit grabbing a bit of attention...

Aptly captured for the contest theme...

Leveled horizon.
Natural colors.
Subdued lighting.

Good perspective & long depth of field...

Best of luck in the contest!

I am finding the image just a touch blurry. But, that could be the FAR limitations for file sizing. So, no points shaved.

Nice blue sky. Love the caption. Good luck and thanks for sharing.

It is a truly lovely scene you have captured here, and it makes me wish I was back in Greece when I see a blue and inviting sea like this. I also think your stop action is very good.

Your photo is however not sharp enough, and has left it a bit blurred. Also details are lost in the bird, but it is nothing wrong with the exposure. I also think the colors are lovely.

The format and the framing works well and the gull is nicely balanced against the woman in the water on the left. It is a lovely and well captured scene, but I think your photo needs some corrections. Still I wish you luck with the contest.

    Thank you very much. It was a spur of the moment and did not come as sharp as I would like.

The way you've titled your piece could NOT be better. It really does look as if the seagull has his head turned checking out the woman at the edge of the water.

Colors in your photo are lovely....and it's well exposed. The problem is with focus as I'm afraid it does seem blurry to me. Despite the technical issue though I can't stop smiling at your title. Nice job there...alone it makes it a delightful entrant for this contest. Best of luck!

    Thanks so much. It was a spontaneous search and not as clear as I would like.

Uh oh. A brave woman stands in the surf, bravely defying the viewers. But hello, a seagull will not let this vision go UN-announced. Let's Herold the occasion. What a wonderful photograph. Definitely professional.

Well done getting the seagull flying. With the people in the shot as well, it makes it a real beach shot. Image seems a little soft to me? Well done though, and good luck for the competition :-)

I think the seagull prefers a younger and slimer lady; lol;
a good composition with sharp focus; of course, more space in front of te seagull would have been better;

Pretty good shot!
There are parts that are a tad out of focus, but overall tis a nice shot.
I particularly like the 1/3 sky with the 2/3 ocean.
The seagull is good as it creates a sense of flying into the frame.
The lighting is a tad flat as well which peels off some of the contrast.
Overall well done however!
