You have fine focus, great diagonal Placement, Controlled white balance and nice details.
Eye clarity is good..but I may have highlighted a tad more.

Wish I had one to give for this guy. The simple background and beautiful detail in the duck make for an outstanding photograph.
I love the beautiful brown colors in his feathers and his
spotted belly him look like he has leopard coloring. I love the spot of bright orange red on this beak, and
his brown head is so nicely
groomed. And yes, he is definitely sporting a lovely
ducktail. Beautiful photo and best of luck in the contest.

She not only has a great hairdo, her whole outfit is splendid. From her spotted feathers to her striped wing feathers to her downy head this is a superb duck portrait. I love that you caught her foot in a downstroke.
