WHAT? No mixed media. Holy guacamole, this is wonderful with white for snow, details in the path and trees and a wonderful composition with the path going into the depth of the image. I bet you know this is top notch too!

I like this work because it is so classical in its concept and execution and in its atmosphere; The light, colour and the composition have worked well. Good effort!

This is a great winter scene! I like how the path leads the eye into the picture. The detail and sharpness are excellent throughout the photo. I like the colors too.

Quite a nice winter cityscape scene presented here! It certainly looks cold! Like your fine composition in which the path leads the eye through the scene. Exposure and sharpness are good. Well done and good luck!

Very nice image. Nice to see that the highlights in the snow have not been blown out, as they seem to be in so many snow shots. The colours of the path add a nice touch to this image. Focus and DOF are spot on. This one is going to be hard to beat in the competition. Well done :-)

A very nicely composed shot. I like the line of the path as well as the benches and lamp. The exposure for the snow is excellent and the depth of field is superb. Best of luck in the contest.

This picture is really charming. Nice composition with the areas of mostly white in the lower left corner and that triangle section in the mid right balanced with the medium and darker browns in the curved road and the complex tree and building structures in the upper background. It kind of makes you want to walk that path just for the beauty of it in spite of the cold. Reasons for my five star vote.

I know I haven't seen them all, but this looks like the winner to me. I like it because it looks like a painting. Even though, you can see it's cold out...you still want to take a seat and enjoy the view. The angle of the path leads you right into the photograph so you can look around. Nobody is around so it looks to me like the start of a new day. Love the peacefulness of this photograph as it is a joy to look at. Good luck in the contest. Karen

This does indeed look cold with the snow on the ground and tree branches. The benches look to frosty to have a seat on them. It looks like a Norman Rockwell scene.
