Very much a winter scene this.
It does have the period feel to it.
I like how you did the snow upon the roof and surroundings. It gives a real feel for being knee deep in winter.
The only thing I might have added would be a smidge of warm glow coming from the cabin.

A cute and cold picture. I like your gradation of colors using blues and grey. The tree on the left is cool but stands out a little bit and draws the eye there. I like the theme....pretty!

I love the old books, they just have that look of everything being perfect and happy. That could be a Gingerbread house covered with marshmallows and the trees, white fluffy cotton;;; ups, I got to daydreaming about my young reading days.......Splendid art work, the setting is so beautiful with the snow covered house and trees. I love the moody winter sky and the expressive brush strokes. The variations in blues and your white highlights give this piece a winter feel. The snowy path to the house leads the eye in.

Very cool digital artwork that is perfect for the cold winter contest. The soft blues and whites are lovely colors to use for this scene as you can feel the cold. The hint of red in the tree and fence draw your eye into the photo. The composition is nice with the hillside on the right of the house which forces you to look at the house. The landscape in the foreground lead your eye to the house. Overall, this is a pleasant work of art. Good luck in the contest.
