I am giving you a virtual 6, as I have no more left.
This is a beautiful photograph. The castle is amazing. The pond with all those little evergreens, bit the way you got he beautiful red trees to frame such an amazing photo is perfect.
I so envy you, to live in Paris is only a dream.
I am praying that my family can raise the money that is needed to send me on a WWII field trip in the next couple of years with my Honors History class.
Do you have a picture of this castle a little closer?
Thank you for sharing this lovely piece of history for little ole me to see. Merry Christmas.

It almost looks like a painting! YOU have done such a good job w/ your notes for this piece. Enjoyed reading them while studying your image here.

I like the wide format you've chosen and framing the grounds below the red foliage at upper frame was an excellent idea.....makes a lovely presentation. Colors are natural throughout....nothing over done. It is well exposed. There's a ton of detail....all of it crisply focused. Nicely done!

I am just amazed by the evergreen trees in your image. I can't imagine the amount of work it must take for the groundskeeper to keep them all the same size and so beautifully conical.... Anyway...slightly off track there...lol I hate saying cyber six but as I'm out of gold stars it's the best I can do. I think you've done a wonderful job presenting such a complicated scene so well. It's gorgeous. Beautiful spot...beautiful presentation. Hope it does well for you in the contest.

A beautifully composed landscape photography. The Palace and its well manicured garden are beautifully framed. The colours, light and shadows and the overall composition have worked well. Good luck in the contest!

A fine shot with great light on the castle. I like the way the foreground is dotted with those little pines and the overhanging branches as well as those in the foreground make a great frame. Best of luck in the contest.

You stole my heart with this one! Reminds me of a setting straight out of a nice, gothic historical novel. You almost expect to see Jane Eyre to come walking through. Gorgeous work here.

Wow! This is a magnificent landscape scene of Chateau de Fontainebleau and with your excellent composition giving us a vast view of the castle and the gardens. The composition has great depth of field which draws the eye into your photography and what a spectacular view. Your lighting and exposure is perfect and your details incredible. I love the reflection, your gorgeous sky, the way the trees frame your photo. Outstanding work and camera techniques. Thanks for sharing these wonderful scenes. Good luck in your contest....this will be hard to beat.

You are more than welcome! Have you been inside the Chateau and would this be a good tour to take? In your notes you indicate this is 30 minutes from Paris.

This is a gorgeous photo that really is uniquely framed by the
Beautifully colored leaves. The castle within is a beautiful wonder and its landscape is full of wonderful detail, gorgeous reflections and well kept grounds. Focus is outstanding taken at this distance and the angle taken through the trees is perfect.
The artistic framing is very appealing to the viewer.
Best of luck in the contest.
