A lovely take on the framing theme, I nearly posted a very similar one myself, a leaf in a tree!! You'll see it hopefully sometime soon ;) Great neat cropping, good clarity showing the detail and colours wonderfully both on the leaf and on the tree, and good central positioning and POV - great shot and creative entry for the competition, best of luck! :)

Interesting shot with excellent focus and exposure. While I like this in color, it would also do very well as a black and white. It would really draw attention to those awesome textures.
