A nice picture with a good double meaning thrown in too, as this bird looks a little apprehensive in this candid shot, captured with great clarity and sharpness although the blur in the green foliage in the fore I'm undecided about as it does create distraction and obscure some view, which is why I reluctantly dropped 1/2 a star, as well as the exposure being a little too high perhaps. The lighting is great other than those small things and the DOF is good and creates a good blurred background of grey and green as well as the wooden post which gives a sense of perspective. A good snapshot and best of luck in the competition! :)

What a great photo how on earth do you get so close and not scare them off the color is perfect and you have a lot of high definition a very beautiful capture fine work here
