A great rendering of this chunky and old but sturdy looking bulldog, created using experimental techniques that seem to have worked out well, although unfortunately the upload has pixelated the larger picture and ruined the detail. Try to resize it and re-post it if you can. But from the smaller picture I can see great detail in the many folds and creases of the the saggy skin typical of this type of breed, and nice dark and light browns that merge together nicely to make up the fur's pattern and colour. Good attention to detail with the pink mouth and tongue, and touches on the ears too. The features are in good proportion and are lifelike, and the flowers in front of the hound are a good contrast to the dark of the dog and it's black collar. A great portrait and entry for the competition, best of luck! :)
