It does not compare to the Joseph Turner painting of the same name. They say Turner had himself tied in the crows nest of a boat that sailed into a storm before painting it. An eye catching image nonetheless.

:):) I am not that adventurous! Prefer to sit in my room and paint with soft music playing in the background! Thank you for your time and nice review Much appreciated.

A rugged, rough and unforgiving terrain first catches the viewer's eye in the foreground, with a well structured mix of colours and patterns, with the black and grey to the left, and rough shapes, presumably the rocky shore, in a multitude of colours that then reach the choppy blue waters and white wash. Above looms the main event of the scene - a fantastic and daunting circle of a storm brewing, blending brilliant colours together, from black and grey to blue and yellow, red to purple. A great piece and well representing the title and theme of the piece, great work, well done :)

Love the colors in this one. The spiral background is hypnotic and pulls you in. The colors in the foreground anchor your composition.

That is some amazing sky there Seshadri.....wonderful colors and the swirl-like action does definitely give the feeling of a stormy day at sea.

I like the smoothness of the sky compared to the rougher texture you've used for the sea and the rocks. Wonderful dichotomy. Like this one Seshadri...and very happy holidays to you.

This is nice and has the feel of an aurora borealis. Again, I feel that this is a lazy style, not much there. You have done so many really nice ones. Thank you for sharing.

There are different 'styles' in painting . You seem to be stuck in realistic approach which is the easiest style. Modern day art don't really appreciate it. You have to be creative. Innovative. When you have a camera (now in cellphones) why bother about painting realisms. You need to give it an artistic interpretation. I would suggest that you study the modern day art to expand your understanding. anyway thank you for your time and review!

A Maelstrom!
Your excitingly vivid representation of a cyclonic storm pushing into the rocky shore from out at sea makes for an excellent picture,Sesha!
It's lively looking, pleasingly colorful, and lots of fun to look at!
'Good Show',my friend!
