If I was Flora I would be thrilled to get this portrait. You have her warm personality caught in the eyes and she has a playful smile. The detail in the hair is also very nice and the tight crop makes this close up and personal. Furthermore, the shadow is realistic and the light source coming in at our right is visible.
I think your dimensional drawing of this is realistic and well done.
