Hi, again. Until I joined this site, I did not understand why photographers would shoot in black and white when they could in color. I understand now. For this image, it could be black and white naturally. Is it? It is a nice view, simple and stern since, after all, it is winter. Nice work. Thank you for sharing and best of luck with this image

Completely natural Pam. I never change photos to B&W...this is exactly how it looks at my place on an overcast day during the winter. Thank you for checking it out....and for the fine review.

What a mystical scene BB. I suppose being out in it and freezing your 6 O'clock off it may seem anything but mystical. You do have such an eye for the Natural Beauty of things BB. This is a wonderful scene and I wish I had an Extra Sparkle to give. Just know I give you my Most Special Cyber Six (Those are as scarce as hens teeth you know). Take care my BB ~ BB

No BB. You are EXACTLY right. I have always felt that there was something very special about my little spot here. Can't say what it is....it doesn't look particularly different than many other places....just a feeling I get when I look around....and your 'Most Special Cyber Six' means wayyyyy more than any rating....so thank you for that...and for a really wonderful review. I am hoping this evening to FINALLY getting around to doing some reviews so see you then, OK??

"You are EXACTLY right. I have always felt that there was something very special about my little spot here. Can't say what it is....it doesn't look particularly different than many other places....just a feeling I get when I look around...." So much to say yet all I can 'say' is that I feel exactly the same when I am around my pond. I just wish I had the words. I don't. Now I realize that You and I have a Something that goes Beyond us. I think we have been given a 'Glimpse' into 'Larger Forces Working'. Too much to talk about now.

Gives me chills just looking at it. Nice scene though. The darkness of the trees and snow are a great color contrast. Good lighting considering what type of day that was; nice focus. I can see that little tree in the front. Great job! You're on a roll today.

Got a lot done today swimmer. Looking at the roof of the wood shed yesterday I could see it was bowing- uh-oh! I'd be SOL if all that snow and roof ended up plop on top of my firewood...lol So this shot here was a treat after all that shoveling and you are a peach for giving it a gold star!! Thank you very very much!
