A really nice one here BB. The placement in the frame to the left is just right, no left, no right. That coloration is definitely cool to see. Speaking of cool, are you getting slammed with Cold weather BB? I hope you are staying warm. If you were gone for a week in January what would happen? Let me know how you are doing BB ~ BB

Hey there BB. It is actually almost 60* warmer today than it was a few nights ago. Isn't that crazy! ...and supposed to be 50* colder by tonight. A weather roller coaster for sure. I am ready for THIS month to be over...lol How are things south of the border?? So good to hear from you and thank you BB for checking this guy out.

An eye catching colour palette the pink stands out so well against the soft green background, good exposure on the peony bud showing nice detail
I Like the framing with the blurred flowers in the back ground showing a natural setting. Lovely.

Stunning! I agree that the the 2 out of focus buds to the right really provide a lovely background. The clarity of this shot and your framing is perfection. Thanks so much for sharing this beauty.

So enjoy reading your artists notes and do long for Spring but your posting is the next best thing. Pink and green have always been one of my favorite color combinations. I like the colors and texture captured on this PEONY blossom just beginning to bud. Excellent light handling and I like your selective sharp focus and gorgeous details on this Peony bud. Your choice of aperture giving us that beautiful artistic background blurred soft but bright and complimenting your overall photography. Outstanding photography and thanks for sharing. Worthy of a six star!

Very nice and overall pleasant picture of peonies. The main flower is sharply focused and well lit showing off the many tones of pink and green. The composition and framing are done well with the main flower in focus and the other two showing depth of field. This photo has a strong initial impact.
