All flowers reminds me of summer, but those with yellow colors, like this beauty, even more so. I know the wetness comes from early morning dew, but it almost looks like the flower is using the leaf above it as an umbrella. Perhaps against the sun ? The dew has anyway added a very nice shine to the flower.

This is also a sharp shot, and with the nicely softened background the flower is standing out well defined with clear details both in the petals and the center.

The way you have cropped the photo is perfect, and the flower is so well placed within the frame. A truly lovely and well taken photo with an excellent DOF, and I wish you luck with the contest.

What a nice sunflower to pose so sweetly for you. I love these variations of sunflowers. There is a beautiful red sunflower that looks a bit like Herbert daisies. This looks a little bit like the red sunflower. I like how you captured the upper leaf. Nice composition, framing and sharpness. Thank you for sharing and best of luck with this image
