The colors in the sky look great. I like how you have filled it with light and dramatic looking clouds. I also like the colors you used for the water. I think you did a nice job giving the water a look of motion. The splashes against the shoreline are realistic.

Beautiful serene piece! Visually, this is very pleasing with the color combination. Color harmony is just beautiful. Shading and highlighting are nicely done. Love the texture you added with the rocks. But that sky is my favorite. Thanks for sharing and good luck! Amy

Well the sky is pretty powerful here. None of it is reflected on the water. Nature does this, I know. I have been studying reflections for awhile and there is no rhyme nor reason. I have seen sky with no blue that has blue as part of the sky portion of the reflection. So, I know it happens. The waves are nice. Nice composition and framing. A good entry for the contest. Thank you for caring and best of luck with this image

Excellent choice of subject.
In Vanishing viewpoint.
Great depth crated by a Diminishing perspective.

Aptly captured for the contest theme...

While you're at it, you should have made this seascape very colorful by painting the skyline in all of nature's golden hour hues!

Best of luck in the contest!
Thanks for sharing...

I like the colors you used here to create this seascape, nice details bringing the water and sky alive, this reminds me of the beaches here in Alaska with the rocky shore. Thank you for sharing your talent.

I love scenes like this on cloudy days when the wind is blowing the waves so hard that they are crashing and splashing along the shore! You painted this beautifully. Very well done!

I'm a true fan to lovely landscapes with nice pastural colors warm in nature. Your has these qualities in simplic form through nice textures created by your variety of brush strokes. The clouds and shore line tells the story of a distance land still undiscovered by man. A place where God and nature still hold dominion, making it a special place in time. Very work.

You have captured two things that I find very difficult in acrylic painting.
First the clouds are quite lovely. Your colors are so nice.
Second is that water splashing on the beach.
I have a lot of practice to get in, in order to get them both right.
Nice piece, thanks for sharing.
