I remember so well this girl Sarah, because you have used her as a model in a lot of your fantastic portrait photos. This one indeed a showing a moment of grace with the girl holding a white rose, and I like very much that the photo is done in black and white.
Your photo is nice and sharp but still with a lovely softness to it, and the light is falling on the girl's face in such a lovely way. The exposure is just spot on.
The format you have cropped the photo into works so well and the girl has got a perfect placement within the frame. This is indeed a beautiful and well taken portrait, and I wish you luck with the contest.
