How long did it take you to complete this work of art? I love the rare essence of form created by the limited uses of positive space verses negative space and how the two work together to create spacial balance and depth. This dress was a perfect subject for you to paint since you do such excellent work on bringing fabric tot life with your shading and highlights. The lace and ruffles are lovely and of course your work on her skin tones and facial features are lovely too. The flowering tree and grass have nice details too. It's amazing what you can do with colored pencils.

Yes they do. I know exactly how you fill. Especially if you are trying to get a shiny surface. Blending works out nice, uses less of the colored pencils but more of the blender.
Your scarlet is gorgeous. The flowers are spot on.
Your technique with her facial features is so nice.

The vines, leaves and flowers in the background enhances the figure. As to the figure itself, it is proportional in height, and breadth. The face is the most proportional face I have seen you do.
