That's a fine looking picture by anyone's measure of it,my friend!
( Well,perhaps some 'expert' will find fault with it for some inconsequential reason or another.

The filtering work is really cool but what I'm especially liking is the 'aerial view' look that the picture has!

I am very impressed with your Artistic idea of using a honey Strainer fig-a- ma -jig in front of your lens, love the tree and it's shadow and the sparkle of the snow and textures the filter added are incredible.
Fine white balance Control and great winter shot!

My only suggestions might be to bring up the shadows a touch to see if we can pull a bit more detail from the tree, and compositionally, maybe leave more room to the left and below the tree, offering some negative space. Lovely image.
