Grace, I love this guy swimming just above nose level towards you.
I also really like the room you left for him to swim in, nice touch.

Hi there Envision, thanks for sharing this amazing shot of the beaver taking a refreshing swim in the river.. fabulous close up shot of both beaver and rippled surface on the water.. Great array of earthy tones mingled with a bluish tinge on the water. Very interesting notes on the beaver's abilities to swim in and under the water.. Would be handy to have those assets when we go snorkeling in the ocean ourselves..

A wonderful picture of this Beaver swimming towards you it's nose just above the water eyes watching you & ears pricked to catch every sound the ripples on the water it's creating reflecting the sky above & the trees & bushes along the bank. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

I knew that they are rodents , the largest in North America . An old trivia tidbit that's been stuck in my head . So much more information about the Beaver .
