This is a very lovely artwork and great contest entry. The colors are very soothing to the eye. The placement of the tree makes for a pleasing composition. The little red boat is a nice touch. The reflections in the water are well done. Good luck in the contest.

what a peaceful beautiful setting around the lonely boat. Love the reflections in the water and the colour used to create the shadows of the tree. The well blended sky adds great contrast to the greenery of the grassy slopes and the bushes round the shore line. Lovely branching of the tree. It accentuates the lonely boat . The red earthy colours of the boat stand out well amid the green/ blue water and draw the eye in to its vision. A very tranquil place that tells a story all its own. thank you for sharing .. a lovely work of art. cheers mel

Wow so beautiful. I love the vibrant colors. The reflection of the tree in the water is really realistic. I really like the different greens a blues. The boat is a great subject, it's in a perfect position. I couldn't of done it better myself. Love it ð???

Wonderful accuracy and depth captured in this detailed, well structured and sharply precise piece. The water has great detail and subtle many shades of blue merge to show the still waters, with the shadow of the tree above visible nicely across the water lilies (?) atop the water too, and the red and white boat/canoe is a great addition in contrast well with the predominantly green piece, with darker shades in the reeds and lighter in the tree and grass. Then the background gives a sense of a long or large field in more well chosen shades of green/yellow, with the blue cloudy sky above making for a well composed piece, great work :)
