I like this a lot! It's very well crafted with great detail, I like the colors used and love the way this cat comes away from the background. With those teeth it does look pretty ferocious !

This is really well drawn and interesting to look at! Super great detail which involves lots of whiskers. Love the simplicity yet very engaging theme. The black background is a nice contrast and gives depth to the cat!

Wooozer's!!!!! This has a great initial impact. You can feel his roar. The proportions and details are spot on. The shading is well done. This is a powerful image and you nailed it. Good luck in the contest.

Ha ha! Love your poem, Raoul. This is a beautiful drawing of the impressive animal yawning. I love all the detail you draw in his fur and his whiskers and mouth. Excellent light and shade. The black background makes a perfect frame. Good luck in the contest. Suzanne

Your work as always fascinated me and this one has got to be one of my all time favorites! I love animal paintings anyway, but this one with the technique you used just takes on a creation of its own. You are truly a master of your profession.
Thanks for giving me the pleasure to view this amazing work of art

what a fabulous painting. Such amazing markings you've created with your brush strokes in his fur, which looks very realistic. The detail around his nose and mouth area are excellent.. and those teeth... . Love the shading and colour tones used on his tongue. The fine brush strokes used to make his whiskers stand out work brilliantly and they contrast well with the black background .. Makes the whole body and face pop out at me. His roar/ yawn looks very life-like.. All you need now is a music clip attached with the appropriate noise.. .. Love your artwork.. and best of luck in the contest.. cheers mel
Your poem is fantastic.. thanks for the added pleasure of its inclusion.. nicely scribed.

This drawing is just amazing and the expression and detail in it are truly incredible.
This is very eye catching and had me interested from the first time I saw it. Beautifully presented with a uniqueness not seen in many pencil works of art. Pleasure to view and admire.

I knew he was yawning because my 10 pound marshmallow of a cat yawns and his teeth look feeocious. LOL. I happily give you one of my few six star ratings for this. Nice compositiin and framing. Thank you for sharing and best of luck with this image
