A beautiful picture of this Tiger Swallowtail butterfly alighted on the deep mauve Cone flower set against a blurred pale gold bright & dark background. Beautiful composition framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

We have a lot of monarchs here. But, we also have swallow tails. We had swallow tails but not monarchs in Indianapolis. So pretty. I think the swallowtails are just a teeny bit prettier. Good composition and framing. Good sharp focus. Thank you for sharing and best of luck with this image
