Hi Linda thanks for sharing this superb drawing of your precious granddaughter. Your artwork is truly stunning. The facial features are so realistic and perfectly crafted. The expression has captured her personality in a warm and embracing way. The intent in her eyes shines through and that pursed little mouth speaks for itself. Love the brushwork that frames the wispy hair around her pretty face, falling loosely down her neck and over her shoulders. Her birthday dress with all its folds and lovely neckline, is brilliantly drawn. the shadowing is spot on and creates a great effect . The nicely blended background helps to highlight her face . as does the lightening of tones on her forehead and cheeks. and upper neck .. Congratulations on creating a supreme drawing .
