I wish I had a six to give you. This is stunning. Wonderful textures with the oils. Beautiful markings and position of the leopard. His eyes are very expressive. I can see why you won and it is truly deserved. This is beautiful. I just gat back to FAR after being away for more than a year. Looking forward to seeing your work again.

This is gorgeous work Suzanne! The leopard's fur is a lovely color and the pattern of his markings looks very realistic. I also really enjoy the texture you created in the snow.

Fantastic initial impact - I love the way you placed this cat in your frame - angle view point and distance are just perfect .
The detail work is masterly - the snow and the sky full of snow really creates the perfect winter ambiance - I specially love the fur as it is elaborated to perfection
excellent job - all the best for the contest

Your snow leopard is quite amazing. And thank you for your lesson on them. I had no idea they could not roar.
Your details in the face are really nice, all those whiskers are very well done.
Great texture in your fur.
Wonderful presentation, good luck in the contest, and thanks for sharing.

Wow! The brush strokes make this piece captivating as does the tiger. I like the expression created on the tigers face and how he is looking up at something. Nice are the brush strokes and blending and shading of color. I like the blues and whites in the background and how you have created movement. A creative and talented art piece. A good contender in the contest and thanks for sharing.

A robust brushwork is what hit my eyes fisrt. The impasto technique has worked for the snow and the fur. The image does an excellent job of conveying the title, visually pleasant, well executed. Just nice..Good luck!

Hi Suzanne wow, I love your beautifully rendered snow leopard .. He looks so gentle and peaceful sitting there calmly on the icy bank. the brush strokes used to create the fur on his body have worked brilliantly. the black and greyish tones with the nice splash of tan scattered throughout , give him a really soft emotion. his fur looks like I could reach down and pat him and go.. wow. so soft.. excellent job in creating that feeling within.. Love the detail in his face. the colours are well blended and help accentuate his structural features. Love his eyes. . perfect tonings and that speck of white to add reflection works a charm. His soft white whiskers are nicely rendered with fine brush strokes and good tone. The poised position of his legs is gorgeous. gives him a really friendly appearance.. though I don't think I would be getting too close in reality.. but he does look appealing enough to hug all the same. Excellent palette knife work to create the foreground snow . great effect . I love the blended background with the hint of blue skies showing through. provides excellent contrast and nice depth of view in the scene. The border of rockface in the foreground is a nice touch drawing the eye toward the snow leopard .. The whole scene has a delightful overtone and is truly appealing to the eye. such a pleasure to review this outstanding artwork. thanks for sharing. and very best of luck in the contest. cheers mel
