What a great sight to see and nice timing to get this pose! It is so cute when they stand upright. It looks like they use their tails for extra balance. The pose worked out so nicely that they are even lined up in order of height! Aside from the adorable pose captured, your settings are great. The depth, color saturation and sharpness are extremely attractive, and I like how well the texture of their fur stands out. Very nice :)

This is an adorable capture of these meerkats in the wild, they look as if they are just standing and having a chat, natural colours, lighting is good, I like the natural foliage behind them but nice the back ground is blurred for no distraction. A great entry to the contest. Good luck.

A fantastic capture of this trio of cheeky meerkats, which I must admit I have my doubts about being a real photograph - the way they are outlined that looks odd to me, and this is 3 Meerkats standing in sentry or guard position, using the tail as support as it keeps watch. To see 3 all doing this together is a million to one, and a vital waste of the groups resources - let alone capture them in a photograph. If somehow I am wrong then I apologise wholeheartedly, but I'd think before posting this in a photograph competition and not declaring the changes!! ;)

This is REAL photo taken by me while on a African Meerkat sunrise cruise. I feel offended that you would even suggest it is not.

Then as stated in my review, I apologise wholeheartedly. And sorry to offend you also - I was only being honest from what I see. And occasionally you will come across doubters - and occasionally they are wrong. A Great capture, perhaps too good it made me look beyond the reality - we're only human! :)

I am entitled to an opinion, and don't have to change anything! I believe your response is blunt given my honest explanation. I had already changed the star rating however. A mistake does not command this type of blunt and rude response - apologies if you are somebody know and get on with normally, but this is a blind contest and it could have been a fraudster wanting to try to cash in on the competition. I misinterpreted something, and apologised. Do you understand MY point of view?

Again sincere apologies - I've been bedridden for 4 days with a delirium inducing fever, and my dog and beloved companion died in my arms earlier this week so I've not quite been myself to say the least. Let's sweep this under the rug, eh. x
