Hi Little Bogie thank you for sharing your most delightful artwork of the woodland queen. The detail is exquisite and I love the story in your notes to compliment the artwork. The more I look closely at the fine detail the more I see. Her face is supporting a most interesting expression. it depicts perfectly that feeling of trust or deceit. The ornate apparel in her hair gives her a distinguished mystical appearance, the ruler of life In the woodlands. I like the flowing locks of hair draping loosely around her shoulders as she hold onto the magic potion, clasped firmly in her hands. Every detail on her arms is impeccably designed, both intricate and appealing.. Love her collar of old oak leaves , as they stand majestically , framing her enchanting face.. The colours used are earthy and blend beautifully giving a pleasing effect to the eye. and very apt for a woodland queen. The background of seed pods and varying shapes and textures with the inclusion of delicate tribal designs on the left of the scene is a wonderful contrast and compliments the queen perfectly. I like the lighting in her face.. It makes her glow amid the softer tones surrounding her.. it does puzzle me why the committee didnt choose this one as the winner..oh well thats them..wink. the details is excellent. the shading is excellent. the facial expression is excellent. the blend of color is awesome. the depth is excellent. the creation is well balance and very eye appealing to the viewer. very creative and awesome work overall(standing clapping and cheering) wooooooooohhoooooo

This is fantastic. I had to look at it for quite some time to see all the detail in this and there is way too much for anyone to see it all. The time this must have taken you is unknown but it was well worth it. A self portrait in a fantasy world? Nice image with a lot of detail and passion. She is so stern, I would have liked just a touch of warmth to come out in this. Perhaps a crack of a smile. Because there is so much going on I am not sure the tattoos read that well. Good color and well drawn.

This is awesome! I love all the detail and abstract designs, they really make me want to explore the image. Unlike most reviewers, I'm not going to give you a "virtual 6". I'm out of 6's now, but I'm going to look at this again on Sunday and change it to a REAL 6 when my 6's are refilled. ***DONE*** Great work!
