Wow, what an amazing digital artwork. The brilliant blue tones in the hair is especially beautiful. This is great and an interesting, unusual subject. My Uncle, who was in the Navy, told us there really were Mermaids in the Ocean and we believed it, when we were kids... who knows. Thank you for sharing.
