Love her. I'm in the process of illustrating a children's book about fairies. Mine don't look nearly as good as yours. Beautiful form. Lighting is excellent as always. Those wings are very different from the expected. Nice job.

An interesting and diverse change from your usual format in the ethereal and fantasy sense lol, but still showing that solid signature style with structure and content. This pretty and very lightly clothed wood fairy looks a little startled in the dark as she rests on leaf amongst the foliage, emanating light and drawn with brilliant accuracy and detail, showing the form, facial features, curves and her expression all superbly. Lovely big blue eyes jump off the canvas and the dark wood creates a good colour contrast with her 3 tiny friends hovering closeby. A great and creative piece, well done :)

A little social butterfly she is. What are those little red and white things in the air around her. Green leaf wings. Very clever. Would have been a good entry for the Fantasy Art contest. Not cue composition. Well framed. Thank you for sharing and best of luck with this image. You did a good job on face and body

Beautiful work here James. Because you placed her low on your canvas we get the sense she is one small fairy. I love how the ray of light falls on her to highlight and the dark bark of the woods behind her punches her out further.
