This is a very unique still life. I like that you stepped away from the typical things like vases and flowers, even though I enjoy those things as well. I would have though that a darker background would make the garlic pop out the best but I actually like the white background. It brings out the shadows quite well. I also like how you have peeled off part of the garlic and laid it on the side. You framed this perfectly, and the focus and lighting are good as well. You did an excellent job and you were very creative :) Thanks for sharing and good luck in the contest :)

Very well presented with good focus. The image is clear and well exposed it shows the natural tones and variations of tone in the garlic , well placed in frame, stands out against clear background. I like this simple yet effective tone on tone composition.
