This is a cool capture. I like the position of the butterfly and how much strong detail that shows of the stamen and the pollen. The colors look good too.

Beautiful shot and a lovely contest entry. The composition is absolutely perfect. Going vertical with the frame filled from top to bottom with nature's beauty is so nice. The soft background with a bit of green is a lovely canvas for the flower and the butterfly. Good luck in the contest.

The photo is very well composed, with interesting flower and butterfly interaction. Fills the frame very nicely. The photo lacks a bit of focus which diminishes the overall effect.

really too funny! this is a macro capture; of course, the dof is very shallow and one of the wings is out of focus;
but look at the flower and at the stamens with the pollen grains: you don't get often such a sharp focus......

A beautiful image that would probably get my vote if it gets past the "picture police". The way I read this contest it was for animals only and while the butterfly would qualify the flower is another story. Best of luck.

there is no reason for confusion: it is indicated animals only, no people, in order to avoid someone enjoying a beautiful landscape
of course, it must be any animal in any beautiful environment: there is a clear exemple like a bird on a flower
