This is an awesome take. The most excellent stop action I have seen in some time.
Exposure computations are perfect.
I see high detail in the head and eye. All of the seen feathers are sharp and motionless.
Color is natural hues of this little bird.
Great visual impact combined with an interesting subject - doesn't get any better than this.

We didn't expect this cute avian creature to be this unglamorous upon taking off!
But of course they regain their graceful self when in full flight flapping their wings rhythmically.
Sharply focused.
Fine body features & smooth textures.
She still managed to stand out despite the monochromatic backdrop!
