Quite the catch! Both of you :) I wonder if he will wash it off before he eats it...Very nice stop action. I like that he is on the move. The pattern of his markings look great. Nice colors/exposure and a good view of his tongue!

Very well photographed, good focus , clear image, nice details all the way through subject, good control of the lighting , colors and tones are natural. Nice stop of the action as he lifts his foot, he's got something good in his beak, good for him that is, well composed with good placement of this little green heron in the frame with plenty of room to step into. Well presented! Best to you in the contest!

Good catch. His dinner is almost bigger than he is. Good color through out the shot. Clear focus so that we can see the details in the birds markings and feathers, the fish apparently still flapping is nicely caught in his beak. Well seen and well captured.
