Super cute and well-composed shot! That bird appears to be hamming it up for you! Love the crispness and clarity in the bird and branch with the soft blue in the background. Gives it great depth. It is well lit and sharply focused. Just beautiful!

nice capture of the bird, but you need to close the frame on him, like this he is lost on the huge negative space
also, the branch on the background, that are not blur enough distract

A beautiful picture of this Nuthatch looking up from it's upside down perch on the tree trunk as it watches yon closely the blue sky making the perfect backdrop.

I have never seen this bird and he is really cute. The colors are pretty and he has a unique shaped head. The rough texture of the tree bark is a nice contrast to the sleekness of the bird.

They are one of the few birds that come down a tree trunk head first. So this is not an unusual pose for them. A fine shot with good detail and beautiful colors.

A nut hatch is one of the more unusual birds and tend to be very active. Catching this bird was very special, and with such clarity makes it even more special. The pose of the bird shows off it long beak, and wonderful colors.

Very well photographed, nice sharp focus, the image is clear to view, well exposed, allowing the natural colors and tones , I love nuthatches and this one is different then the red breasted ones we have here! They are cute little birds and fast movers too! I love his pose , he's really stretching his neck! Beautiful detail in his feathers, face and beak , good eye contact complete with a catch light, I love his pose on the tree and his position in the frame! Well done!
