What a lovely close up of this guy's face and eyes. The dynamic tone seems to strongly emphasize the textures of the fur. I like his little mouth :) His eyes are nice and clear with good light.

nice focus and close up to the deer, but the filters and adjustments you have use just took the natural view from the piece

the background is too busy and too bright

thanks for sharing

Thanks fir your review,I am sorry you didn't care for it.I would have liked if the whole yard had been green instead of a mix of new and dead grass for the background.

I liked the title and had to come look. It made me smile when I saw the unexpected. However, the more you look....he does look like a prince. Love the blues and pinks you have captured in the deer. He looks very friendly. Love it.

A lovely portrait of this cute and funny looking Buck, that I have a sneaking feeling I know has created it but am probably wrong ;) Sharp composition and good positioning/cropping, combined with good lighting that teeters on overexposure but clearly done for effect and not misjudgement makes for a great piece with good clarity and a nicely contrasting B/G that combined flora and fauna nicely - best of luck in the competition with this handsome heir to his throne ;)

I don't know what "dynamic tone" is, but if I ever run across it, I'll make sure to turn it off. A beautifully composed image with great catchlights in the eyes. Good luck in the contest.

Thanks for taking the time to view this and leave a review. Personally I would be interested in photographing one of your cranes to see how much detail it enhances the plumage with! :)

I like the way the dynamic tone shows off the details of his fur coat. It gives the photograph an abstract feel. I hope you can post more of him as his antlers develop as I would love to see the transition stages.
