This is an interesting rendering. The view from the darkness into the winter-landscape is impressive. I like the almost monochrome appearance. Just a touch of red shades. The watercolor filter also worked well intensifying the contradiction between out and indoors. The deep angle works, even as it causes a tilt to the left. Usually a tilt is a distraction, but in this special case it is not. Nevertheless, I would make to changes to the composition. I would erase [clone] the edge of a second window above, because it is distracting for me and I would crop half of the dark wall at the left because I think it would improve the balance and heighten the interest even more.

A great capture of the snowstorm. Some suggestions would be to of moved a little closer to the window and of moved the orange thing if possible. It is a little distracting because I was trying to figure out what it is. Good lick on the contest.

A beautiful capture and treatment of a snowy day. The inside darkness is very compelling in contrast to the light snowy and lonely trees. I love the pop of color in the upper left corner of the window. A great entry for the contest!

What an interesting point of view for this photo. I like the watercolor filter, ti makes the photo look like a painting rather than a photo. I also like that there is little color in the picture. That adds character to it.

Now this is magical. I absolutely love this picture. I want to sit by this window and gaze out at the beautiful white snow. The lighting gives this a very serene feel.

This is indeed a beautiful entry into this contest, and I am amazed how well we can see the outside through the window. I also think the water color filter has worked wonders for this photo.

Your photo is also nice and sharp, and it is clear and well defined details to be seen in the trees behind the window. I also think the exposure is spot on. I like the monochrome look where only the leaves are showing colors.

The photo is nicely cropped and the window is well placed within the frame. A great looking and well taken photo with an excellent DOF, and I wish you luck with the contest.

Nice capture of the light coming in from the window and nice show of the outdoor storm, but you have over done the saturation and sharpness and this takes form the initial impact

thanks for sharing

It is always nice to see alternate subject matter! You have shot this well. The light and shadows, gentle colours and the composition have worked out well. Good luck in the contest!

Good display of light and dark using the water colour filter. I can imagine cosying up on a chair or sofa with a blanket and looking out of this lovely light filled window enjoying seeing the snow falling and being pleased to be inside! Nicely composed.
