Interesting, while some artists strive to make a painting look like a photograph, you have made this photograph look like a painting with the faded edges and how you have lined up the vehicles within the visual space causing quite a bit of viewing interest. Really a nice photo-painting. Reasons for my five star vote.

Very lovely photo and a great tradition. It is always better to see the fire trucks going away from you rather than towards you. I give them a lot of credit. I have many family members in the fire department as well as the police force. I salute them all, It is not an easy job. To see them actually enjoying this tradition is very nice. Your photo is clear and focused. Beautiful color and detail.
It makes for a great "Americana piece"

This one takes me bck to my childhood. We lived in a small town and a few times a year there would be a parade celebrating something that always included the firetrucks. They look so big in those days. This is always one of the charms of a smaller town. Well done Mary Eileen and thanks for the memories ~ Steve

I really like the POV of this one. The angle is perfect and with great DOF, the view is long and goes into a vanishing point. Excellent lighting, color and detail too. The vignette works well to add a nostalgic feel. Well done!

I love community fairs and events. This reminds me that summer is coming with the community parade and cherry blossom festival. The angle you chose from behind is a unique view. It gives you the sense that the parade has passed you by. Love the white vignette frame that you put on it.

Very nice photo. Composition excellent. Has old timey feeling a Rockefeller type painting. Love the way you blurred out the edges could use of distance focusing of your subject material meaning that it has good detail and focus as it disappears thank you for sharing this with us.
