Lovely scene. I love Monet's famous painting of this garden bridge. I wonder if he knew how famous it would become before he died.

I think your camera has done a fine job of capturing the reflections and the softness that Monet surely saw when he chose to paint his scene.

If this were mine I would have pulled out the blacks and shadows a bit to bring the boat more to life and to sustain that softness with more gray tones if possible.

Thank you for sharing this famous scene. Well done!

This is a fine entry for the contest! The pond has triggered the creativity in Monet. May be a thousand stories must be hidden in the pond! You have framed it well. Light and sharpness are very effective in creating a lovely capture. Good luck!

I really like the reflections....they are absolutely awesome! Colors are so vibrant!

The boat makes for an interesting focal point and story to the photo.

Good luck in the contest!

The gardens are stunning.....a gorgeous landscape of the boat and the beautiful reflections in the water. Gorgeous rich colors....beautiful wisteria vine in the background. I like that your image tells a story and a good contender for the contest and good luck. Very well photographed with good details in your image and nice depth of field. Nice work and thanks for sharing!

This is simply a very beautiful photograph. Just looking at it makes me understand Monet's lily pond paintings on a deeper level. Additionally it is superbly cropped to afford a balanced composition between lights and darks as well as shape versus no shape. I enjoy looking at this photo just as much as looking at a Monet painting. Reasons for my five star vote.

I really like how the stillness of the water creates reflections that look so much like Monet's painting style. The colors are very nice and the elements are framed attractively.

Well, I love this.
I kind of makes me think of Money and his paintings. You think he every painted this lovely pond? Or was it put in after he died?
I love how all of the flowers and greenery reflect in he pond so beautifully.
You focus and colors are so clear.
Wonder when it will be in all bloom the lily pads that is?
A lovely presentation and a pleasure to view, thank you for sharing your country with us. So many added to places I would love to visit.

Another beautiful capture of this lovely pond that tells a story. The cleaner seems to blend in with the natural colors and does not take away from the beauty of the pond. I love being able to see the wisteria reflections
in the water, giving it a beautiful and tranquil appearance. Best of luck in the contest.
